The collaboration
I led a collaboration with VR pioneers Samsung, Oculus, and Unity to launch a mobile VR training simulator to help healthcare workers combat the Ebola crisis — one of the first mobile VR training simulators of its kind, developed in collaboration with the World Health Organization.
The launch
The simulator provided digital-twin-based scenarios for medical training, unveiled at the mHealth Summit as a new paradigm for healthcare preparedness. A strategic partnership with Samsung and Virtuix (Omni VR treadmill) at CES extended the simulator toward full-body, proprioceptive training experiences.
