I create an integrated approach to search engine optimization taking advantage of the “Universal Search” and the indexing of new social media, video, photos and other digital assets.
If you look at an average search engine results pages (SERPS), you will see a number of different “niche” types of results. We help you dominate each niche in the SERPS so when your potential customers are grazing on information, they find your local search result, web page, blog, social media, videos and photos. I have developed both deep technical coding skills and creative HD video production skills to help me create an integrated and synergistic approach to search engine marketing.
In addition, I helped fund an early semantic web search company out of Microsoft Research in 2002 and have generated over $12MM in sales using SEO as the managing director of global sales for the largest Golf ecommrece company in the world. The last key to SEO is to keep abreast of the rapidly changing market. I have attended the 2009 Searchfest in Portland and track 100+ blogs, twitter channels and SEO industry mavens to keep my finger on the pulse of this fast moving market.

The first issue with search engine optimization is often associated with a website’s infrastructure. Often with small tweaks a website may be optimized to rank better in the search engines. We look at your website from the code base up to your naming conventions for page URLS. We are experienced with Word Press Blogs and the Expression Engine CMS systems.
Once a website has the right infrastructure in place, then we look at how a company is creating content that is tied to their keyword / key phrase strategy. We help our clients understand how the search engines index and rank content. Then we work to develop content development strategies that create inbound link juice as well as social media viral spread. This all works to help you drive more targeted, direct response traffic to your website.
We help you discover what natural language keywords and phrases that best drive targeted traffic to your website. We look at what the user’s intent is based on the keywords and then look at how to optimize the click stream for your desired goals.
If you look at the current Google Search Results Pages (SERPS) you will first see a ten “Local Search Results”, this is known as the “Google 10 Pack” and is first on the list of off-website SEO priorities. There are a number of ways to create revenue by focusing on local search results that very few companies actually spend anytime to harvest.

Blogging is a very good way to generate content, in bound links and indexed pages in the search engines. We build corporate blogging strategies that are tied to a calendar and the exact time of days that you want to release your blog posts to get the most traffic. Our blog strategy has evolved into a “mixed media content” strategy where we integrate videos, photos, slide decks, and other new media assets that both are engaging to the user and also enhance the indexing of your content.
Recently, a number of the social media sites are now being rapidly indexed by the search engines. For example Facebook, Twitter, FriendFeed, Plaxo, MyBlogLog and Linkedin profiles often rank very high in Google. There are other tricks of the trade we have learned that help our clients create a lot of traffic and higher SERPS ranking by leveraging social media. The real key is our integrated strategy that creates synergy across all of your new media assets.

ONLINE VIDEO is the FASTEST GROWING MEDIA IN THE HISTORY OF THE WORLD!
How many videos you have?

Within the last three years search engines like Google have integrated video listings in their search results pages. Often, videos are indexed in a matter of days and this is a lot faster than trying to index text or other content. As one of the leading experts in video search engine optimization I have learned how to track Google’s changes and adapt strategies that dominate the Google video listing in the SERPS. The game is changing daily, with the most recent addition of what I call the Google V4-Pack, or four video results clustered about mid-page in the SERPs. Visit my online HD video page to learn more about video strategy, production and syndication.
Photos are often forgotten as part of a websites marketing mix and SEO strategy. Often we find that photos on websites are the #2 visited area as people pop around a website looking for information. Photos are indexed in the search engine results pages and are very visible as well as listed at the top of a page so they attract a lot of traffic.
