Personal Mobile Video Tied to Social Networking Grows Fast!

The new iPhone 3GS is making waves in the personal video space with a huge 400% spike in YouTube uploads. This is in addition to the 1700% increase in YouTube mobile phone uploads in the last two quarters.

Today, video on the internet is the fasted growing communications medium of all time, faster then even social networking. The new iPhone and other smart phones with video cameras and editing capabilities will prime the pump for new forms of video marketing.

A new mobile video startup called TwitVid http://www.twitvid.com/ has a new iPhone application that enables you to post your videos to Twitter and Facebook, MySpace and YouTube right form your phone. The consumer demand for video is obvious and this should be a signal to all companies to build their video marketing operations immediately.

OSC
